Our stock trimmable floor trusses are manufactured in-house which gives us control over the quality of our products. We make use of the advantages of the open web floor trusses and add a 1’ trimmable 2 X 12 block on each end. These floor trusses are designed for standard floor loadings, come in 2’ increments from 8’ – 26; and are 16” deep. The open web design makes HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work a breeze and installation is simple. The use of the 2 X 12 makes our system superior to most other trimmable joists.
